John was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and decided to "retire" at 1. So, he headed to Florida to live the dream lifestyle of living near the beaches, islands, and keys to enjoying the desirable yachting, fishing, water sports, and year-round baseball activities, while growing up within a real estate family. John's father, John, currently has 32+ years of construction experience. His mother, Janette, has 18+ years of real estate experience as a residential broker who owned a residential brokerage firm and now works at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® in the St. Armands Circle office. He attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, where he earned degrees in Business Economics and Entrepreneurship.
